Exclusive Homes Information A number of exclusive residences will be constructed in several areas around the resort village. These will be available for individual sale and may be included under the Resort management services and Rental Pool program. 80 freehold lots are available for the development of individual single family homes within the resort property. Development is subject to architectural design requirements which are available from the real estate sales team.
