RESORT PROPERTY OWNERSHIP:
Ownership at Active
Mountain Resort is designed to provide
worry-free real estate investing matched to the convenience
and privileges of ownership at a premier resort. All of the
properties are managed in the same manner by the resort management
company and the numerous events and facilities will attract
guests to the accommodations.
The resort is planned to operate for nine peak months with a
major music or motor racing event scheduled for each of these nine
months, and a three off-peak months. In comparison to a pure ski
resort which operates on a typical five month peak season, it is
anticipated that Active Mountain Resort will have a greater consistency
of peak revenues over the year. In addition, due to the high demand
for accommodation for the larger events, the room rental rates
will be at full price. Packages and special promotions are expected
to maintain higher than average off-peak revenues.
Managed premier resort recreational real estate

RENTAL POOL MANAGEMENT
All units in the resort are fully managed under a Rental Pool
Management agreement which facilitates the reservations, unit rental,
cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the entire property under a
single management company. All managed units are fully furnished
and include replacement and upgrading contingencies in the management
fees.

The company is well experienced in the construction of high quality
