In addition, due to the high demand for accommodation for the larger events, the room rental rates will be at full price. RENTAL POOL MANAGEMENT All units in the resort are fully managed under a Rental Pool Management agreement which facilitates the reservations, unit rental, cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the entire property under a single management company. All managed units are fully furnished and include replacement and upgrading contingencies in the management fees.
