Each project
is always negotiableand
never written in stone. Some
clients may not need everything in one package
but require other elements from another.
I am completely flexible
about this and once I have spoken to you about
what you want and need, then I can develop

but still relevant today, even though prices

Basic
package is aimed at unsigned
artists or e-book authors, who
don't want to compromise their
ideas for their budget, but don't
require lavish detailed graphics
or artwork. Using advanced graphic
manipulation techniques and our
distinguished art direction, I
can make a basic photograph or
simple illustrations stand as
a focused and eye-catching cover.
With
the case of the standard package,
the design you want very much leads
the tools we use. I will use clip-art,
Photoshop tricks, illustrations & original
graphics wherever the design you
want is best served. This package
is all about having the creative
freedom for your ideas to be realised,
and for us to have the time to
ensure they fulfill their potential.
If you
desire a cover comprised entirely
of detailed original artwork, then the
deluxe package will suit your needs. The
deluxe covers would involve either
extremely heavy custom graphic work,
numerous and detailed illustrations,
or one complete hand painted design.
Using Adobe® Illustrator®,
we can also create a complete digital
work of art. Creating such pieces
can involve weeks of work, and so
our price reflects the amount of
dedication this involves.
Unlimited placement of provided
photos (including scanning)
Due to the almost limitless variation of booklet design, we
have decided to charge a set price for four pages. As standard these pages
will include lyrics and one piece of clip-art (such as a band photo etc.). The
choice of how full or basic your booklet is, is very much at your control.
The Graphic Interface is one of the most important
features of a website!
The images must be properly scanned, formatted
and sized. Any existing artwork and logo designs
you may already have need to be adapted for
web usage. New artwork must be created for
backgrounds, image maps and navigational elements.
Creating
the Graphic Interface includes consideration
of the following:
Page design & layout
Surrounding illustrations, image maps
and photographs
Logos, banners & navigational menu
or tool bars
Backgrounds used on the different pages
Special type styles, fonts and faces
Note:
If you can provide web ready graphics on
disk, in either .gif or .jpg (.jpeg) formats,
this will help hold your cost down. If we
have to develop new graphics & artwork,
or scan them in, or manipulate them in any
way, it will add to your cost.

HOW IT WORKS
Here is a summary of the design process:
1. You review the Design Agreement, then pay a 50% deposit for your design(require for all contracts to begin)
3. You pick a layout structure (1 column/2 column/3 column, additional widgets needed etc)
5. We set up a live demo on our production server for your review
6. You approve or send design changes
7. You send any blog content, links or login info if we are going to convert your blog and import existing content from another blog into the new design
8. Final review of design and content for approval
9. Once design is finalized, you send final payment and we upload your blog design to your server

Upon your approval, I will perform a redesign
of your site. I will redesign the home page
first for overall look and feel and get
your approval on the initial design stage
and then go from there. This is usually
a very painless process and I usually give
the client a couple of choices in design.
What are you going to use your logo on: a
web site, letterhead, brochures or t-shirts?
It's hard to give an accurate quote on a logo
unless I know exactly what it will be used
for. This is because I have to create it with
different software and different resolutions
for different uses.
Here are some average time break
downs for logos.
Basic Logo:
1 - 3 hours (Just a creative font and text
is used. Usually 1 or 2 colors.)
Medium Logo:
4 - 7 hours (A simple graphic or icon is
created to go with the name of the company.)
Advanced
Logo: 8+ hours (These logos
involve a custom graphic/illustration, many
colors and animation if wanted.)
The above are just average time break downs
and your logo will depend on the complexity
and the number of revisions we go through
to get it how you like.
The
Process:
Try to draw your Logo by a pencil and
fax it to us: +1-603-462-5958; describe
colors.
When I design logos I get a good feel
of what you want first. Then I will draw
up a bunch of 1 or 2 color ideas for you
to look at. I will install them on a special
page of this site for you to review.
After you see the first ideas for your
logo you will give me some feedback and
then I will start refining the logo. Modifications
will be done from there to get the logo
exactly how you want it.
If the logo is to be made into 3D or animated,
we will take the flat shape that I have
agreed on and then customize it.
I work with a variety of webhosting services
as well as with domain registration companies.
There is no need anymore to pay a ridiculous
amount of money to register your domain. (One
of the best prices is $8.95 per year )The
real issue lies in whether or not its available
or not. So the more original your name it,
the more likely it will be available.
I can handle all the details for you(i.e.
fillling out the forms, making sure its resolved
etc) but this should be placed on your credit
card because domain names automatically renew
themselves each year and you want to be the
legal owner of the site.

Hosting
As I mentioned above, I work with a variety
of webhosting companies and I willI consult
with you to define the service(s) you will
require based on your needs. From basic hosting
services to one or more email address(es)
to online form usage to Merchant and secure
server (SSL) usage for e-commerce solutions,
etc.
In some cases(for personal or non-profit sites
for instance) you may just be able to get
away with domain registration and use your
ISP's free webspace to host your site. (The
domain name that is registered just gets pointed
to that free webspace)
This can cut down costs in the beginning
of your venture but it also takes a bit longer
for the site to resolve. I always reccommend
some kind of hosting solution. There are companies
that start at $3.95 per month depending on
how much space that you need.
The first step in any online marketing campaign
is search engine registration. Submitting
your website to the search engines plays a
role in the popularity of your website and
is a way to reach a worldwide audience. Search
engine registration and web site promotion
have become essentials for you or your business
to get the exposure you need. Search engine
registration is one of the most effective
ways of marketing your web site on the Internet,
however, it should only
play a part in your overall advertising
effort.
How long will it be until you can see your
site in the search engines and directories
submitted?
It varies from engine to engine. It can take
from 1 to 30 days and even up to three months.
Some search engines will guarantee a specific
time frame, some will not. There is no control
over this time frame.

not be relevant. We normally charge $10
for each manual submission to one of the
indexes below but they have changed all
of their prices and submission criteria
