About Us
SteelWeaver came to life in 2002,
springing up from the vast expanse of the net, to become one of
the world's largest chainmaille creators. We at SteelWeaver have been
creating wire art since 1992, but started making chainmaille in full
force in 2002. We pride ourselves in our quality and attention to detail.
With the assistance of some technological advances, we are able to
provide the absolute highest quality chainmaille available, with perfectly
cut rings, and in-house anodizing of both Titanium and Niobium.
For everything from mosaics to halters to bracelets, custom chainmaille
is rapidly becoming the new trend of fashion. Even Lord of the
Rings actor, Ian McKellen (Gandalf), wore a chainmaille necktie
to the premiere of the movie! Everywhere you look, chainmaille
is becoming more and more in the spotlight.
