Ideally body text must contain 350-400 words. We don’t recommend to add any links in the body text, but if needed, it shouldnt contain more than 1 link and do not add link in 1st paragraph of Article for better approval rates.

Generally we are using 1 anchor + 1 url link in author resource box. Most of the online directories dont allow more than 3 links in author bio box.
