Cranial Sacral Therapy, or CST, is a gentle, hands on manipulation of the physiological body system called the cranio-sacral system.  This system is composed of the soft tissue and bones of the cranium (or head), the spine, and the pelvis. Using gentle electric current from human touch relaxes the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord.

This can treat both physical and emotional trauma. People of all ages and their pets (cats, dogs, horses, etc.) can benefit from CST.
