Mark founded
MCE in 1998 and directs corporate development, planning and
acquisitions for the company. He works closely with community
buyers and sellers on contracts, due diligence – including
financial and market analysis, up to the close of escrow.
Marks’ extensive experience in real estate dates back
to the mid 1980s’. He began his career by assuming responsibility
for the management, and leasing of a 180,000 square foot retail
complex located in Vancouver Canada. As a result of this retail
exposure, in 1986 he established a ladies accessory store.
From 1986 to 1996 the one Vancouver store grew to a chain
of 12 across Canada. His affinity for real estate however
reemerged in 1997 after he spearheaded the acquisition, financing,
and overall asset management of a 130 space community in Arizona.
He then decided to form his own company. MC Equities, LLC
was established in 1998. Mark holds a B.A. degree from the
University of California, Berkeley, as well as an M.B.A. in
marketing.
Richard H. Uyeno, CMA, Chief Financial Officer.

Richard is
responsible for directing financial reporting, administrative
activities and financing acquisitions. Prior to joining MCE,
Richard spent 5 years as Financial Controller for Mortgage
Network of Canada Ltd., where he was responsible for the financial
reporting and tax preparation of the corporation and administration
of privately held investments. Richard holds a professional
CMA designation with proven expertise in strategic financial
management. His vision and broad based management capabilities
are invaluable to the strategic direction of the company and
the day-to-day operations of our portfolio.
Scarlett Tite, Senior Regional
Property Manager.

Scarlett is
responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations
for the Louisiana, Ohio, Oregon and Texas regions. Prior to
joining MCE
in August 2002, Scarlett worked with the McDonald’s
Corporation and served as Asset Management Administrator.
She was responsible for the administration of the Western
Canada lease and tax portfolio and assisted in new site development
research. Scarlett received her diploma in Real Estate Marketing
Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology,
and is completing her studies in Urban Land Economics from
the University of British Columbia. She is pursuing the designation
of Certified Property Manager and is a licensed property manager
in British Columbia.

Dennis Le, BA, Associate Regional Property
Manager
Dennis is a CPM candidate and is an affiliated member of the
Real Estate Institute of Canada. He has over three years of
progressive professional experience in property management.
Before boarding MC Equities, he was with Henderson Development
(Canada) Ltd, where he served as an Assistant Shopping Centre
Manager and successfully navigated all areas of property management.
As a new MC Equities member,
Dennis’ responsibilities encompass establishing, directing,
and coordinating all managerial & operational activities
to ensure superior operations for seven mobile home communities.
He is committed to providing quality management that is tailored
to each community.
