I am pleased to confirm that the Provincial Government renewed
our approval as a Venture Capital Corporation and investment
into the Company is eligible for a 30% Tax Credit until
March 2005. The Shares in the Company also qualify as investments
into Registered Retirement Savings Plans (RRSPs’). The Company
will raise $2 million for the construction of the racetrack
and events organization by way of initial offering of shares
to the public, thus providing the opportunity to participate
in this extremely exciting industry.
The beautiful 300-acre site is ready to go, with the preliminary
work completed, in anticipation of the construction of the
first phase being a 2.5 Mile “road course” race track. The
Raceway has been developed under the financial support and
guidance of the Active Mountain Entertainment group, with
over $900,000 invested to date, and the completion of all
of the required regulatory, geo-technical, and site preparatory
groundwork. This road course will operate various events
throughout the year including road racing, safety driving
schools, automotive industry and manufacturer events and
several national car and motorcycle racing events.
The recently formed Events and Project Management Group
is discussing Sponsorship opportunities with a number of
corporations, and is in discussions to secure several dates
for events in the 2005 season.
Please read the enclosed information, visit our website
at www.mountainfest.com, or feel free to contact us regarding

We always appreciate you as a member of the Active Mountain
family and now look forward to having you as a recipient
of the financial benefits too.
Yours truly,
